The New York Knicks snapped a nine-game losing streak with a 113-83 victory over the Brooklyn Nets, dominating their intracity "rivals." Carmelo Anthony finished with a team-high 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting. Andrea Bargnani also had an efficient night, going 7-of-13 for 16 points.

New York led the entire game and by as many as 34 points in the fourth quarter.
Brooklyn shot just 39.7 percent from the field and made only four of their 16 three-point attempts. The Knicks took advantage of the Nets’ woeful defense (which allowed a league-worst 110.9 points per 100 possessions going into the game according to Basketball-Reference). The Knocks shot a blistering 59.3 percent from three-point range and 57.1 percent overall on the night.
Brooklyn's struggles continue as they deal with injuries across their roster. Deron Williams and Andrei Kirilenko were unavailable and Kevin Garnett continues to be a liability on defense. Look at Bargnani blow right by him:
Brook Lopez scored a game-high 24 points. Joe Johnson struggled from the field, making just four of his 15 shot attempts for 13 points. Iman Shumpert was red-hot from beyond the arc, going five-of-eight from long-range.
