The Los Angeles Clippers picked up their third straight win with a victory over the short-handed Indiana Pacers. Chris Paul scored the final eight points in the fourth quarter to lead his team to victory.
The Pacers charged in the final quarter of the game, capped off with a 13-0 run that cut the lead down to four points. But the Clippers weathered the storm, led by Paul who, scored the final eight points. The Clippers are on a three-game winning streak and making a push up the standings in a tight race atop the Western Conference.

Blake Griffin chipped in with 18 points and 14 rebounds, taking full advantage of the absence of big man Roy Hibbert for the Pacers. Hibbert was suspended due to an altercation in Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Jamal Crawford scored 23 points off the bench for the Clippers. Indiana's David West had 22 points.
West struggled from the field, shooting only 5 for 14. A large portion of West's points came at the free-throw line, where he went 11 of 14 on the night. Paul George also had a rough shooting night, going 7 for 18 for his 20 points. In Danny Granger's second game back, he scored 12 points off the bench in just over 18 minutes of play. No Pacer had double-digit rebounds, though as a team, they out-rebounded the Clippers, 40-36. Still, the 20 turnovers as a team were too much to overcome, and the Clippers managed to hold off the late surge.
The Clippers next play an away game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, while the Pacers head up to face the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
