The Denver Nuggets took the NBA's version of a track meet to the Midwest as they outran the Chicago Bulls and won, 119-118, in an overtime thriller at United Center on Monday night.

Andre Iguodala hit a three-pointer with seven seconds remaining to give the Nuggets a lead they wouldn't relinquish. Nate Robinson made a three-pointer of his own in the closing seconds of regulation to send the game into overtime, where the Nuggets overcame a late surge from Chicago.
Wilson Chandler had a game-high 35 points on 13-of-21 shooting from the field for Denver (46-22). He scored 20 in the first half and carried the Nuggets to an eight-point lead through the first two frames. Corey Brewer added 16 points off the bench.
The Nuggets The scored a whopping 68 points in the paint, most of which came from easy transition baskets as evidenced by their dominance of the fast-break points margin, which they dominated, 30-8.
Chicago’s deficiencies on the glass ultimately cost them this game, as they were outrebounded, 53-42.
Robinson, starting in place of the injured Kirk Hinrich, scored a team-high 34 points for the Bulls (36-30). Both teams saw six players score in double figures in a balanced effort across the board.
