Heat vs. Spurs final score: Late Bosh 3 gets short-handed Miami past San Antonio, 88-86

Earlier this season, the San Antonio Spurs took the Miami Heat to the wire without Tony Parker, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green. On Sunday night in San Antonio, the Heat gave the Spurs a bit of their own medicine, battling hard despite LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers sitting out. And with James and Wade out, it was Chris Bosh who provided the late game heroics, nailing a three-pointer with 1.1 seconds left to give the Heat a thrilling 88-86 victory.

Bosh finished with 23 points and nine rebounds, and his three capped off a mini comeback for Miami in the final minute. San Antonio had taken a three-point lead with 1:21 left thanks to a Tim Duncan jumper, but went scoreless the rest of the game. Norris Cole then made two free throws to make the score 86-85, and after a Duncan miss, Bosh stepped forward with the clutch three off a Ray Allen pass.

Allen had 14 points off the bench and Cole had 13 points in place of Chalmers in the starting lineup. Mike Miller had 12 points and five assists starting in place of Wade. Kawhi Leonard had 17 points in the tough loss for the Spurs. Both Parker and Green had 12 points, sharing identical 4-of-14 shooting lines.
