Paul Pierce did a little bit of everything Tuesday night at Wells Fargo Center and led the Boston Celtics past the Philadelphia 76ers, 109-101.

Pierce led the Celtics (32-27) with 18 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists and was his vintage self in the win. Avery Bradley had a strong game of his own and contributed a game-high 22 points on 10-of-15 shooting, including 2-of-4 from the three-point line, and added seven rebounds and five assists.
Boston overcame struggles inside, being outscored in the paint, 64-38, with a strong overall shooting performance that saw the Celtics go 50 percent from the field and 57.9 percent from the three-point line.
The Sixers (23-36) forced 22 Boston turnovers, but shot poorly from the field at 41.3 percent and just 23.8 percent from the three-point line.
Thaddeus Young led Philly with 19 points and 10 rebounds to notch a double-double. Jrue Holiday had one of his own with 18 points and 10 assists. The Sixers had seven players score in double figures in the balanced effort, including all five starters.
