Mike Conley hit a layup with 0.6 seconds left, and the Memphis Grizzlies stole a home win Monday, 92-90, over the depleted San Antonio Spurs. The Grizzlies never led in the second half until that final fraction of a second, but that final lead is all that matters.

Conley's bomb from about 27 feet with 30 seconds left tied the game at 90. Tony Parker then missed a mid-range jumper, and Tayshaun Prince rebounded to set-up a final Grizzlies play with 6.2 seconds to go. Conley came through with a clutch layup to win the game, and he also led the Grizzlies with 23 points on the night.
The Grizzlies have clinched a playoff spot but, even with Monday’s win, likely won’t catch the Spurs in the Southwest Division standings. The Spurs are still five games up in the divisional race with eight games left for both teams. The Grizzlies are currently the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference.
San Antonio lost ground in the battle for the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, as their lead dwindled to one game over the idle Oklahoma City Thunder. The Spurs play the Orlando Magic at home on Wednesday night before traveling to Oklahoma City to face the Thunder on Thursday. The Spurs' 23-14 record in road games this season is second in the NBA to the Miami Heat's 26-12 record.
The Spurs were without Manu Ginobili, who will miss three-to-four weeks with a strained hamstring. He was injured Friday and was originally thought to be day-to-day, but then he missed Sunday's game against the Miami Heat and then the severity of the injury was announced Monday.
Tim Duncan and Kawhi Leonard also sat out Monday's game for San Antonio, each with a sore left knee. The Spurs held a 44-37 halftime lead, and Parker finished with 25 points for San Antonio.
