The last day of the NBA regular season is here, and all 30 teams will be in action. There's still plenty to be determined in terms of playoff seeding, with the big story being whether or not the Los Angeles Lakers or Utah Jazz will snag that last spot in the Western Conference.
NBA schedule 2013: Lakers’ playoff fate to be decided on last day of regular season
All 30 teams will be in action on the last day of the NBA regular season. The Lakers could face a must-win scenario against the Rockets for the West’s final playoff spot if the Jazz beat the Grizzlies earlier in the night.

The Lakers will host the Houston Rockets at 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, with a victory automatically putting them in the playoffs. And not only would a win get the Lakers in, but it would also vault them into the No. 7 seed in the West over the Rockets due to tiebreakers.
Los Angeles may not need the victory depending on the outcome of the game between the Jazz and Memphis Grizzlies at 8 p.m ET on ESPN. If the Jazz lose, the Lakers would be in the playoffs no matter what happens against the Rockets. But if the Jazz win, the Lakers would face a must-win scenario. Memphis still does have something to play for, as they could get home-court advantage in the first round if the Los Angeles Clippers lose to the Sacramento Kings and the Denver Nuggets beat the Phoenix Suns.
There's not nearly as much drama in the Eastern Conference, as all playoff teams are set and just two seeds have yet to be determined. The Chicago Bulls have a chance to secure the No. 5 seed with a win over the Washington Wizards, while the Atlanta Hawks would get the No. 5 with a victory over the New York Knicks along with a Bulls loss.
