Will the Celtics break 80?
Boston's offense is hardly a juggernaut at full strength, but the team has struggled mightily in this series. The Celtics have yet to score 80 points in a single game against the Knicks in the playoffs. Boston needs to get at least one of its bench shooters going. Jason Terry, Courtney Lee and Jordan Crawford are all shooting below 38 percent for the series. Kevin Garnett and Brandon Bass are also shooting below 40 percent.
How will the Knicks play without J.R. Smith?
J.R. Smith was suspended one game by the league after getting ejected for a flagrant foul on Jason Terry in Game 3. Smith’s playoff numbers are down -- he’s only shooting 31 percent from three-point range -- but he is still New York’s second-leading scorer in the playoffs, so New York will likely need more offense from its supporting cast.
Is this it for the Boston Big Two?
Of the three stars who helped Boston win a championship, only Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett remain after Ray Allen defected to Miami in the offseason. If the Celtics lose Sunday, will the team finally look to rebuild minus Pierce and Garnett?
