Chris Bosh injury: Heat star exits with ankle injury

Chris Bosh was forced out of Game 4 with what appears to be a significant injury to his right ankle.

Chris Bosh went down in the third quarter with an apparent leg injury. After colliding with

Roy Hibbert
in the restricted area at the five-minute mark in the third quarter, the
Heat
center fell to the ground in obvious pain. After remaining there for a few minutes, he got up, re-laced his shoes and limped to the sidelines.

Before leaving, Bosh totaled seven points on 1-of-5 shooting from the field, including 1-of-2 from the three-point line in 20 minutes. The injury came at a relatively convenient time, if there was ever such a thing, as the big man is already playing with four personal fouls.

Mario Chalmers has picked up the slack for Miami in Bosh's absence, and has 16 points. LeBron James is doing it on both ends of the floor with 16 points of his own and two blocked shots as Miami is entrenched in a physical game on the road.

There was no immediate word on his return.
