After being down 44-40 at the half, the Heat roared back with a 30-13 third quarter. It should be no surprise that much of that dominance was on the shoulders of LeBron James, who singlehandedly outscored Indiana in the quarter 16-13.

LeBron outscored Indiana by three points in the quarter that followed this gesture. Coincidence? I think not.
And of course that quarter came after this little finger wag around the start of the third quarter as if to warn the Pacers of what was to come.
