Power forward Marvin Williams is set to return to the Utah Jazz next season after declining to utilize the early termination option in his contract, according to CSN Northwest. Williams will earn $7.5 million next season before before becoming an unrestricted free agent during the summer of 2014.

Williams' decision adds certainty to a Utah frontcourt in transition. Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson, the Jazz's two most accomplished big men, will be unrestricted free agents on July 1.
Utah is uniquely equipped to handle the situation. Power forward Derrick Favors, the No. 3 pick in the 2010 draft, and center Enes Kanter, the No. 3 pick in the 2011 draft, are each just 21 years old and showed signs of promise for the Jazz last season.
Williams averaged 7.2 points and 3.6 rebounds on 42 percent shooting in his first season with the Jazz in 2012-2013. Williams turns 27 years old on June 19.
