Leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of adding help for free agent point guard Chris Paul, the Los Angeles Clippers have spoken with the Indiana Pacers about trading for veteran swingman Danny Granger, according to ESPN.
Danny Granger rumors: Pacers reportedly want to keep forward, but Clippers interested
The Los Angeles Clippers are looking for perimeter help and Arron Afflalo isn’t the only potential target.

As of Sunday morning, the Pacers were reluctant to part ways with their former draft pick who played in five games this past season while dealing with a knee injury. Indiana is hopeful that Granger's return next season will give them a boost to unseat the Miami Heat as Eastern Conference Champions, ESPN reports.
That deal is relatively minor when compared to Saturday's brief whirlwind where it appeared the Clippers could make a deal for Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett and coach Doc Rivers. But it might be more realistic. The talks between the Celtics and Clippers have stalled as Los Angeles' exclusion of young guard Eric Bledsoe has soured Boston on any trade.
With that, the Clippers have reportedly been looking elsewhere. They also have inquired with the Orlando Magic about trading for shooting guard Arron Afflalo in a separate but similar deal.
The hope in the Clippers organization is putting together a more marketable roster for Paul, who enters free agency in July and could bolt if he sees a better opportunity to win, say, with Dwight Howard.
