The Golden State Warriors have agreed to a three-year deal with power forward Marreese Speights, according to ESPN's Marc Stein. The 25-year old Speights will enter his sixth NBA season after splitting time between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies last year.

Speights averaged 8.3 points and 4.9 rebounds per game between the Cavs and Grizzlies last season, turning in an impressive PER of 17.35. He figures to replace the departed Carl Landry on the Golden State bench after Landry signed a four-year, $27 million million deal with the Sacramento Kings last week.
The arrival of Speights gives the Warriors a sorely needed offensive-minded big man in the second unit, especially with reserve center Festus Ezeli likely sidelined for much of the first half of next season as he recovers from knee surgery. Speights is the latest addition to an intriguing Golden State roster, headlined by the signing of free agent wing Andre Iguodala.
