The FIBA EuroBasket competition is still chugging along and, on Friday, we’ll get to see Group E combatants play their second game in the second portion of the round-robin tournament -- the first portion was completed when 12 teams were eliminated following Monday’s action.
EuroBasket 2013 schedule: Belgium looking to stave off elimination
Friday’s games at the EuroBasket tournament will include Tony Parker’s French squad looking to avoid another upset and Belgium attempting to keep their tournament hopes alive.

The three games scheduled for Friday are France vs. Latvia, Ukraine vs. Serbia and Lithuania vs. Belgium.
The Belgian squad is most in need of a win heading into the weekend, considering a loss would essentially eliminate them from moving on to the knockout round with a round-robin game still left to play. That won’t be easy, however, as Lithuania’s a perennial powerhouse coming off of a big upset over a loaded squad from France.
France vs. Latvia should be an interesting matchup since Tony Parker’s squad was just upended for their second loss of the tournament. Latvia doesn’t have any recognizable names, but veteran guard Kristaps Janicenoks has been on fire while shooting 63.6 percent (14-of-22) from three-point territory.
Former NBA big Nenad Krstic might allow new Phoenix Suns big Slava Kravtsov his first extended action in the Serbia vs. Ukraine matchup. Serbia hasn't used Kravtsov much thus far in the tournament, but they'll need someone big to try and slow down Krstic, who has been a star so far for Ukraine.
The full schedule is included below and has been converted to Eastern Time for your convenience.
