The seven teams representing Europe at next year's World Cup have already been determined, but the champion of EuroBasket 2013 still needs to be decided. On Sunday, France and Lithuania will tip off from Slovenia to get that part over.
2013 EuroBasket schedule: France, Lithuania play for championship
A new European champion will be crowned Sunday.

After finishing second to Spain in 2011, France looks for its first-ever European championship on Sunday. Riding the great play of Tony Parker, the French knocked off the two-time reigning EuroBasket champs in the semifinals earlier this week and have just one hurdle remaining.
For Lithuania, the winners of EuroBasket 2003, a win against France would represent a nice little resurgence for the team. Led by young center Jonas Valanciunas, this should be one of the better teams in Europe for the foreseeable future.
Before the championship game, Spain and Croatia will play for third place. Getting that bronze medal will surely be important for the Spanish in wake of missing out on a third straight gold.
Here are the details for the conclusion of EuroBasket 2013, which can be watched on ESPN3:
Spain vs. Croatia, third-place game, 11:30 a.m. ET
France vs. Lithuania, championship game, 5 p.m. ET
