Monta Ellis punctuates Mavericks’ comeback with thunderous slam

The Dallas Mavericks were down 24-4 at one point against the upstart Sacramento Kings. It was ugly. Fans were upset. Rick Carlisle squinted. Brick killed a guy. But the Mavs eventually cut the lead to nine at halftime, took the lead in the third quarter and closed it out comfortably in the fourth quarter.

This Monta Ellis dunk officially ended matters. Afterwards, listen to Dallas’ excellent broadcast crew nod to one of the Internet’s favorite memes.
