NBA schedule: Rockets and Warriors meet in an undefeated showdown; Spurs face Pelicans
The Warriors and Rockets highlight the evening by putting their undefeated records on the line, while the Southwest Division clash between the Pelicans and Spurs looks to be an entertaining way to end the evening.

The most anticipated matchup is the 4-0 Warriors in Houston to face the 6-0 Rockets, but Memphis will also put its 6-0 record on the line against the Bucks. It's always a fun game to see how far into a season teams can last undefeated, but after Satuday, three teams will fall to two or maybe even one.
The appetizer
Trail Blazers at Clippers, 3:30 p.m. ET
The two teams have started the season with the same record (3-2) and the same losses (Warriors and Kings). However, while Portland has a couple solid victories already against the Mavericks and the Cavaliers, the Clippers have struggled to beat mediocre teams. In the friendly confines of the Staples Center, Los Angeles will look to finally get rolling in this early afternoon game.

The main course
Warriors at Rockets, 8 p.m. ET
Classic showdowns between two undefeated teams are always a joy to watch, even if it's still relatively early in the season. The Rockets shot out of the gate thanks to a red-hot Trevor Ariza and the usual fantastic play from their big two of James Harden and Dwight Howard. Houston's offense will be tested in this matchup, though, as Golden State comes in with the NBA's best defensive rating (90.5), per the NBA's stat page. Plus, the Warriors are pretty fun on offense themselves.

The dessert
It was only a matter of time until the Spurs decided to rest the old guys on the team, but they’ll have their Big 3 available in Saturday’s division game against an Anthony Davis-led Pelicans. If the early-season results are any indication, the Pelicans are the odd team out in the Southwest, already falling to 0-2 in the division. Still, with their athleticism and explosive scorers, they could knock off any team on any night, even the Spurs.
