Trail Blazers vs. Rockets, NBA playoffs 2014: Time, TV schedule, radio and more

With a 3-1 series lead, Portland looks to close out their first playoff series in 14 years on Wednesday night.

Portland and Houston may have played the most exciting series in the first round of the NBA playoffs this season. Which is saying something, considering how these playoffs gave gone so far. Three of the four games they've played have gone to overtime, with all four games having been decided by seven points or less.

The Trail Blazers prevailed in Game 4, having the ball bounce their way after a crazy scrum at the end of regulation that resulted in a Mo Williams three-pointer to force OT. Portland took home the win in extra period, and the mood in the Rockets locker room was not good.

Houston will have to regroup after getting beat by the Blazers in the first two games on their home court. In particular, the Rockets' defense hasn't been good enough to beat Portland, who have countered by getting out on the fastbreak and using LaMarcus Aldridge's post presence to dominate with slashing, cutting wings.

Dwight Howard was noticeably upset after Game 4, and with championship aspirations, Houston has to be able to bounce back against the fifth-seeded Blazers. Portland, meanwhile, isn't taking anything for granted. They haven't seen the second round since 2001, and after the game on Sunday not a single player would admit they could taste a series victory.
