The Brooklyn Nets dominated the Toronto Raptors early, notching a 97-83 victory to force Game 7 in Toronto on Sunday. The Nets built a comfortable 19-point lead going into halftime and maintained their lead through the second half. Brooklyn went wire-to-wire, leading the entire game.

The Raptors fought to get within striking distance through the second half, cutting a once-26 point lead down to 10 points, but the Nets avoided the collapse. Brooklyn kept its double-digit lead through the fourth quarter as the Raptors failed to connect on multiple attempts to make it a three-possession game.
Deron Williams scored a team-high 23 points, fending off elimination for the Nets. He tweaked his ankle during the third quarter and was limping once he got back up to his feet, but played through the injury. Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Joe Johnson all scored in double digits as well.
Toronto struggled on offense, shooting just 38 percent. DeMar DeRozan scored a game-high 28 points, but only Kyle Lowry joined him in scoring more than 10 points for Toronto. Lowry finished the night shooting just 4-for-16 and also had just four assists to go with four turnovers.
