Trevor Arizona is going to the Houston Rockets, according to Sam Amick of the USA Today. The veteran forward will make $32 million over four years after a strong season with the Washington Wizards.
Trevor Ariza signs 4-year, $32 million contract with Rockets
Washington’s loss is Houston’s gain.

Ariza wasn't the Rockets' first choice, but he'll fit in nicely with a team that could use a two-way wing. The quick agreement with Ariza means the Rockets can still match the three-year, max offer sheet Chandler Parsons signed with the Dallas Mavericks.
NBA Player Movement
Houston targeted Carmelo Anthony and then Chris Bosh, but lost out when each player decided to re-sign with his previous team. Ariza, who just turned 29 years, figures to slot in off the bench behind Parsons and star shooting guard James Harden.
In his 10th season out of UCLA, Ariza enjoyed arguably the best year of his career. He averaged 14.4 points per game with 6.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists. It was the second-highest scoring average of his career, only trailing the last time he was on the Rockets in 2009-10. In his lone season with Houston, Ariza posted 14.9 points per game.
