USA vs. Dominican Republic: Game time, TV schedule and more
Team USA takes on the Dominican Republic at Madison Square Garden for another tune-up prior to the FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Team USA was victorious in the first game of its exhibition set, defeating Brazil 95-78 at the United Center on Saturday. Derrick Rose's return in front of his hometown fans garnered much of the hype heading into the game, but Anthony Davis stole the show on the court, scoring 20 points and grabbing eight rebounds.
Rose had a relatively quiet game, putting up seven points on 2-of-5 shooting. James Harden added 18 points, doing the majority of his scoring at the free-throw line. Kenneth Faried rewarded Mike Krzyzewski's decision to make him the fifth starter by scoring 11 points, nabbing nine rebounds and posting a team-best plus-minus of plus-27.
Thanks to Faried's strong play against Brazil, it's likely he gets the call to start again against the Dominican Republic, although Coach K could look to experiment. DeMarcus Cousins is hoping to play after sitting out the Brazil game with a knee injury, according to News10 ABC's Sean Cunningham, which would give Coach K another big in the rotation.
The Dominican Republic doesn't have much in terms of NBA talent, with Francisco Garcia representing the only NBA player on the roster. Al Horford has played for the Dominican Republic in the past, but the big man isn't on the roster this summer, recovering from a torn pectoral muscle.
ESPN’s Marc Stein reports Team USA could make its final cuts following the game, although there’s a chance 13 players are kept and the last cut happens right before the World Cup. Team USA chairman Jerry Colangelo also said cuts could be held off until after the Puerto Rico game.
Game time: 7 p.m. ET
Location: Madison Square Garden, New York
