NBA Media Day schedule for the 2014-15 season

Five teams, including the new-look Cavaliers and defending champion Spurs, will hold Media Day on Friday.

The NBA season is right around the corner, with five teams tipping off training camp with Media Day on Friday. The remaining 25 teams will hold Media Day on Monday.

The five teams holding Media Day Friday will be playing outside the United States during the preseason, including including the new-look Cleveland Cavaliers featuring LeBron James and Kevin Love. SportsCenter will be broadcasting from the event:

The defending champion San Antonio Spurs and the now James-less Miami Heat also have Media Day on Friday, in addition to the Brooklyn Nets and Sacramento Kings.

Media Day is a day full of picture hijinks and press conferences littered with clichés. Everybody is in the best shape of their life and everybody loves their team. It’s a day full of hope. You can also expect stuff like this:
