Kobe on Knicks: ‘That ain’t no f***in’ triangle’


Kobe Bryant played the Knicks today in Madison Square Garden. It didn’t go so great: The Knicks won, 99-95, and Kobe shot just 6-of-19 with only 18 points. But he did get off a hell of a zing. A fan captured Kobe chatting with Spike Lee -- we think -- during the game, and he had some trash to talk about New York’s offense:
The Knicks, of course, are coached by Kobe’s ex-teammate, Derek Fisher. Fisher was hired by Kobe’s ex-coach Phil Jackson with the hopes that Fisher would install Jackson’s trademark triangle offense. Apparently, Kobe isn’t too impressed with the job Fisher has done. And besides Jackson or maybe Michael Jordan, not many people would have a better idea about how the triangle works.
