Rockets vs. Mavericks 2015: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Game 3 online

Dallas has the odds stacked against them as the team travels home in hopes of erasing an 0-2 series deficit.

As the first round of the 2015 NBA Playoffs continues, the Houston Rockets are in the driver's seat up 2-0 on the Dallas Mavericks. On Friday night, the series shifts north to Dallas. But the home team has plenty of work to do in order to turn things around, and it'll have to accomplish that difficult task with limited resources.

Forward Chandler Parsons is missing in action after a knee injury cost him the rest of his postseason. Without both Parsons and point guard Rajon Rondo, the Mavs' chances of a series rebound are especially slim. What's more is that Dallas has few answers for Dwight Howard in the middle.

In Game 2, the big free agent acquisition from last offseason poured in 28 points and added 12 rebounds in 33 minutes of action. After struggling with nagging injuries for much of the regular season, he looks rested and ready to be one of the key components of a strong Western Conference contender.

For the Mavs, Dirk Nowitzki will need to get going on offense. He shot a dismal 3-of-14 from the field in Game 2. Monta Ellis did most of the heavy lifting with a team-high 24 points, and he will need to step up once again for Dallas to pull off the upset.
