Lakers guard melts his defender with crossover

Buycks crossed this young man so bad, he hit the Cupid Shuffle on the way down. The way Harris fell, he could of been in a Life Alert Commercial. “Help I’ve fallen and can’t get up!” Well, Buycks don’t care because he’s splashing threes while old man Harris picks his imaginary glasses off the hardwood.
Buycks crossed the turquoise off his jersey with that shimmy shake. I just don’t understand why he had to untie his shoes just so he could trip in front of the world. It’s like Harris drank the last swig of Buycks’ orange juice and left the carton in the fridge. So when he saw it, he broke every part of his lower leg so he could never drink that beautiful juice again. It’s like he sat in the middle of the court waiting for one of those emergency helicopters to scoop him up.

J.R. Smith’s video bombs are high art

J.R. Smith likes to have fun. We’ve seen him dance, we’ve seen him drain nonsensical three-pointers and we’ve seen him offer up the kind of wisdom that can seemingly only come from one of the league’s most vibrant personalities.
Now? Now J.R. Smith is raising the bar when it comes to video bombing local sideline reporters. It’s isn’t exactly a Wet Willie, but it might be a Dry Willie. Either way, J.R. Smith is always here to keep it weird.

We know Stan Van Gundy has a way with words. After his Pistons got off to a slow start against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, Van Gundy laid into into team the way he is wont to do. The only problem is that ESPN caught him using some language you wouldn’t want your mother to hear.
Not exactly “FORM A F---ING WALL” but still pretty good.

Even though the Sixers have had another season full of tank-happy madness, Philadelphia basketball fans still love General Manager Sam Hinkie for the direction he’s given the franchise. So it only makes sense that some fans would make T-Shirts out of his face.
Question: what took Philly so long? Long live the #HinkieBoyz

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY SportsOn this night, New Orleans was able to ride it’s MVP candidate to a win. After a slow start, and just eight first half points, Anthony Davis morphed back into the beast that he has been for most of the season. He finished with 29 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks. He scored on jump shots, pick-and-rolls and drives to the rim. He had a key and-1 in the game’s final two minutes and grabbed the game-deciding rebound after Stephen Curry’s three-point attempt with less than five seconds left, which would have tied the game, rimmed out.
And of course, New Orleans still has Davis. He and Curry are going to be fighting over the league’s MVP award for the next half-decade. After the Pelicans’ most recent win, it seems like first of their hopefully many head-to-head battles may be about a week away.
