Derrick Rose exited the Bulls’ Game 1 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night after suffering an apparent right arm injury in the final seconds of the game. Rose appeared to be in pain coming off the floor but never headed to the locker room. Rose looked to be in high spirits after the game and said it was “just a stinger”.
