Kevin Durant will miss the Thunder's game against the Kings Monday due to a sprained right big toe and could be out several games, according to ESPN's Royce Young. The injury is on the same foot that required three surgeries last season.
Kevin Durant could miss several games with toe injury
The Thunder star could be forced to sit for a while with an injury on the same foot he broke multiple times last season.

Durant suffered the injury in the second quarter of Oklahoma City’s 109-90 win over Charlotte after stepping on an opponent’s foot. He played 35 minutes and scored 29 points in the game, but woke up sore on Sunday, according to the Thunder.

— Royce Young (@royceyoung) January 4, 2016 The Thunder did not provide a timetable for Durant's return. The team said it will reevaluate Durant over the next few days, but that he's also doubtful for Oklahoma City's Wednesday matchup at home against the Grizzlies.
Durant was forced to miss four games last season due to a sprained left big toe. He played in just 27 games last year due to a series of injuries and underwent surgery on his right foot three times.
Durant, who’s averaging 26.6 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists, has already missed six games this season due to a hamstring strain. The Thunder were just 3-3 in those contests. When Durant plays they’re 21-7.
