Kristaps Porzingis and Karl-Anthony Towns are both deserving of Rookie of the Year honors, so it will be hard to determine who gets the award . If their head-to-head duels are considered when deciding who gets the trophy, however, the Timberwolves' rookie definitely has the edge. Towns dropped 25 on New York the first time he faced the Knicks. Then early in their second matchup he did this:
