The Portland Trail Blazers and guard C.J. McCollum have agreed to terms of a four-year max-contract extension that will be worth $106 million, according to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski. The deal does not include any options or trade kickers, according to Wojnarowski. It will kick in before the 2017-18 season.

The 24-year-old McCollum, who was selected by the Blazers 10th overall out of Lehigh in the 2013 NBA Draft, is coming off a season where he averaged a career high 20.8 points and 4.3 assists per game. He also shot 42 percent from deep and started 80 games for a Blazers team that advanced to the second round of the Western Conference playoffs. He was named the NBA's Most Improved Player.

The Blazers now have four guards locked up on large long-term deals. Damian Lillard signed a five-year, max-deal last summer. Portland also inked Evan Turner to a four-year, $70 million deal in July and matched the four-year, $75 million offer sheet that Allan Crabbe signed with the Nets.

The Blazers brought back center Meyers Leonard on a four-year, $41 million deal, too. In total this offseason they have committed to spend $292 million.
