Pistons guard Reggie Jackson has suffered a Grade 3 right ankle sprain, according to The Vertical’s Shams Charania, and will be out until he is re-evaluated in six-to-eight weeks.

Jackson rolled his right ankle in the third quarter of the Pistons’ game against the Pacers on Tuesday night. It was ugly.

He screamed in pain on the floor and put no weight on his right ankle as he was assisted off the court.

With Jackson out, it is feasible that Ish Smith and Langston Galloway will see increased playing time at the point guard position.
