Robin Lopez interrupts Bulls-Celtics Game 4 to tie Jae Crowder’s shoe

The NBA, where amazing happens.

The Chicago Bulls and Boston Celtics are in the midst of an intense Game 4, but that didn’t stop Robin Lopez from helping Jae Crowder tie his shoe:

There’s quite a bit to dissect here, so let’s start from the beginning.

First, Lopez loses his own shoe, which Crowder promptly throws out of bounds. Lopez then intentionally fouls (and hugs) Crowder, and proceeds to retie Crowder’s laces while he’s arguing with the ref.

It’s hard to tell if this is good sportsmanship by Lopez or some strange display of pettiness, but either way, this is what makes the NBA truly amazing.
