The Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs finally gave us the classic we were waiting for in Game 5. At least it looked that way, before two dreadful possessions at the end of regulation.
Patty Mills hit potential game-winning three after the buzzer and Gregg Popovich was furious
The Spurs and Rockets went to overtime after a strange final sequence.

Manu Ginobili tied the game with 34 seconds left on a driving layup. Houston got the ball on the ensuing possession, but Jonathan Simmons drew a charge from James Harden.
San Antonio had one chance left. Kawhi Leonard was on the bench with an injured ankle. Instead, Patty Mills worked in isolation and failed to get a shot off on time:
Free basketball. Both teams will have the chance to make up for this strange ending.
