NBA draft outfits were as flashy as you would have expected

Only the best for the night you’re drafted.

NBA draft night means one thing — young athletes get to fulfill their dreams while dressed to the nines. We’re here to keep track of where all this talent is going, but this post is purely to document what they are wearing.

Markelle Fultz is far and away winning the contest for best dressed because of the inventiveness in his shoe game.

Folks, those are basketballs on his feet.

Then, of course, there’s the Ball family, who’s promoting their line, Big Baller Brand.

LaVar is going with the iridescent tie he’s been wearing of late, but Lonzo chose a more subtle look.

If you look closely at the top right corner, there’s a tiny BBB logo. This might be one of the better things their line has produced — just throwing that out there.

Fultz also chose to wear a bowtie. De’Aaron Fox kindly helped him straighten it.

After he got drafted with the first pick by the 76ers, Fultz took off his suit jacket to reveal the inside of it is covered in “memories.”

The inside of Fox’s jacket was dedicated to his mom, who is a breast cancer survivor.

Gonzaga’s Zach Collins is from Las Vegas, and he wants everyone to know it.

That’s a nice take on the Coors logo.

Speaking of shoes ...

Fox had these made especially for draft night.

There’s no word on how expensive those shoes were, but John Collins out of Wake Forest had on Christian Louboutin high tops that reportedly cost $1,295.

Josh Jackson wore a sweet Rolex -- nothing like a little congratulations gift to yourself.

When the draftees walked across the stage tonight, they donned these sweet hats which come in a fancy carrying case.
