LaVar Ball had a big night. His son, Lonzo, was selected second overall by the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Draft. As LaVar was headed off the floor, the fans at Barclays Center gave him a piece of their minds. LaVar gave some lucky fan a souvenir, likely thumbing his nose at a jeering NBA fan.

LaVar loves the spotlight, and he’s content to play both the popular guy with the masses and the villain soaking up the boos.
Big Baller Brand hats like the one Ball threw on right after Lonzo was selected go for $50 on the BBB website. But there’s a special edition hat on the site that goes for $60, which happens to look a lot like the Golden State Warriors colors.
One can imagine this purple and gold one will get a markup to signify Lonzo’s achievement. Kudos to whoever caught the hat, it’ll be worth a lot more coming off of LaVar’s.
