NBA All-Star Saturday night will be an action-packed event.

The Skills Challenge is a competition where some of the NBA’s top players compete in an obstacle course-like challenge on the hardwood. This year, players like Joel Embiid, Al Horford, Andre Drummond, and Lou Williams will headline this event. Normally, guards dominate in this competition, but a big man could cruise to victory this year.
After the Skill Challenge, some of the NBA’s best marksmen from downtown will collide in the Three-Point Contest. Eric Gordon, who is the defending three-point champion, will look to hold on to his crown. But Klay Thompson, Bradley Beal, and Paul George are ready to dethrone him.
Last but certainly not least, the men who love to play above the rim will get a chance to excite the crowd during the Slam Dunk Competition. Dennis Smith Jr., Donovan Mitchell, Larry Nance Jr., and Victor Oladipo are all primed to put on a show at Staples Center.
