Bill Foley announced his plans to bid for an expansion team in Las Vegas. As a native and a Golden Knights fan, I have to admit I'm psyched! The Golden Knights got favorable expansion rules but even still have shown a willingness to spend on players and build something sustainable.

There's a long way to go, but Foley would make for a strong NBA owner.
