This March, coverage of the NCAA tournament will get a much-needed injection of fresh blood. Now that CBS has partnered with TNT to broadcast the games, it means we get to enjoy the TNT broadcast team. And is there anything better than TNT’s NBA broadcast team?
Steve Kerr, Charles Barkley Will Join CBS’ March Madness Coverage
↵Steve Kerr, Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson are among the pundits that will be used to broadcast through the first few rounds. Kerr will join Jim Nantz and Clark Kellog on the Final Four broadcast, while Kenny and Charles will be in CBS studios to provide analysis.
↵As Sports Illustrated reports:
↵
↵[Kerr] will join CBS announcers Jim Nantz and Clark Kellogg for both the call of the Final Four on April 2 from Houston and the national championship on April 4. ... TNT's Inside the NBA analysts Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith will provide analysis throughout the tournament from the CBS Broadcast studios in New York alongside Gumbel or Johnson.

↵Charles Barkley on network TV, you ask? Talking about a sport he’s long criticized for its hypocritical policies surrounding amateurism? Analyzing a collection teams and players that he’ll readily admit to knowing nothing about? HELL. YES.
↵It’s never, ever a bad idea to bring Charles Barkley on board.
