Marquette Vs. UConn: Kemba Walker Still Struggling, Jimmy Butler Thriving

Kemba Walker still hasn’t been able to find a rhythm in Milwaukee as the Connecticut Huskies deal with a stingy Marquette squad that won't go away. Walker has connected on just 3-12 shots and is 0-4 from three-point range. His eight points are well off his season average, though he does have six rebounds and seven assists.

Jimmy Butler has 19 points on the game to lead the way for the Golden Eagles. Darius Johnson-Odom is close-behind with 16 points. Butler and Jae Crowder each have a game-high seven rebounds for Marquette, as well. The Marquette bench is still unable to get anything going, scoring just four points as a whole.

With Walker off, Jeremy Lamb has taken the lead, scoring a game-high 20 points thus far. Roscoe Smith has 11 points and six rebounds in a secondary scoring role. The UConn bench has been active, as well, scoring 17 points.

With five minutes to go, UConn has taken the lead, 62-60. Follow along with all the action in our StoryStream as the game goes down to the wire in Milwaukee.
