Kemba Walker still hasn’t been able to find a rhythm in Milwaukee as the Connecticut Huskies deal with a stingy Marquette squad that won't go away. Walker has connected on just 3-12 shots and is 0-4 from three-point range. His eight points are well off his season average, though he does have six rebounds and seven assists.
Marquette Vs. UConn: Kemba Walker Still Struggling, Jimmy Butler Thriving
Jimmy Butler has 19 points on the game to lead the way for the Golden Eagles. Darius Johnson-Odom is close-behind with 16 points. Butler and Jae Crowder each have a game-high seven rebounds for Marquette, as well. The Marquette bench is still unable to get anything going, scoring just four points as a whole.
With Walker off, Jeremy Lamb has taken the lead, scoring a game-high 20 points thus far. Roscoe Smith has 11 points and six rebounds in a secondary scoring role. The UConn bench has been active, as well, scoring 17 points.
