Over at SB Nation Atlanta, Jason Kirk has addressed the Dante’s Inferno-esque art adorning a wall on Ole Miss football’s locker room.

It’s a diagram meant by head coach Houston Nutt to illustrate the various levels of commitment and trust that lie within the program. It would be easy to dismiss this as a motivational tool, but sports programs all around the country use a variation of this diagram to illustrate how the program works and who can be trusted.
