Rotnei Clarke, the third player to be granted a release since Mike Anderson was named head coach, has landed at Butler.

Clarke will be eligible play during the 2012-13 season after sitting out this year. Clarke averaged 15.2 points per game and connected on 44 percent of his 3-point attempts last season. According to the CBSSports.com report, Clarke was scared off because of possible sanctions against the Oklahoma basketball program.
Clarke said that he’s hoping to be able to transition into more of a point guard during his year off.
