Things aren't going any better for the Bears on Friday night in the Missouri Valley tournament quarterfinals, as Evansville leads by nine points at halftime. The Aces are shooting the ball well and getting to the free throw line, helping them to a 43-34 lead at the break.

Kenneth Harris had a great half for Evansville, tallying 12 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals. Troy Taylor is doing a great job getting to the free throw line, and he's 5-6 from the charity stripe. Bears forward Kyle Weems has been the game's best performer, but he's not getting a ton of help from his teammates on the offensive end or on the boards. He has 14 points and five of his team's nine rebounds.
