A promising 70-yard Mountaineers drive to open Thursday night play in Morgantown stalled out following two incomplete Geno Smith passes and an ineffectual Noel Devine run. The 'Eers made do with a 27-yard field goal, and lead South Florida 3-0 with 10:25 remaining in the first quarter. Bill Stewart's face sums up the end of this drive beautifully:
