Illinois Vs. Michigan State, Live: Michigan State Turns INT Into Field Goal, Ties Game At 6

Illinois received the ball to open the second half on Saturday, but quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase surrendered an interception in his own territory, and No. 13 Michigan State managed to come away with some points.

Scheelhaase’s second interception of the game was courtesy of the Spartans’ Johnny Adams, who returned the ball to the Illini 16. Once again, though, the Spartans had to settle for a field goal.

Michigan State, who plays host today, is vying to remain undefeated this season. A few minutes into the third quarter, the game is tied, 6-6. Stay tuned to this StoryStream for updates.
