Two big plays — a 22-yard run by Ed Wesley and a 38-yard pass from Andy Dalton to Antoine Hicks — set up the Horned Frogs with a scoring opportunity just before the half. Dalton soon enough hit Jeremy Kerley on an 8-yard TD strike to give TCU a 17-7 lead.

The drive helped Dalton even out his numbers a bit: He’s now 7-of-14 for 149 yards, the touchdown and an earlier interception. Wesley has run for 114 yards on 14 carries.
For Air Force, Tim Jefferson has 44 yards and a touchdown on six carries and is 2-of-3 for 30 yards.
