On Tuesday, we released our first 2011 NFL Mock Draft (motto: "It's Never Too Early!"), where Buffalo Rumblings' Brian Galliford and Dan Kadar of Mocking the Draft predict that the No. 1 pick will be Stanford QB Andrew Luck, going to the Carolina Panthers (alternate motto: "Wow, What Happened To Jake Locker?").
VIDEO: Andrew Luck Completes 50-Yard Pass While Falling Down
↵Indeed, as the preview points out, Locker, the Washington QB, was everyone’s No. 1 in the 2010 Draft. But the junior decided to return for his senior season, and now, it’s no longer wondering which team will land Locker, but rather just how far will Locker fall? (For the record, we have him going to Jacksonville at No. 16).
↵While Locker really isn’t having a terrible season, he’s also not throwing 50-yard strikes while falling down. Advantage: Luck.
