↵Some of the humor surely stems from the fact that Armstrong, an international celebrity with over 2.5 million, would tell a joke so brazenly unexpected. Some of it owes itself to its conciseness. And in part, it’s an appeal to juvenile/dark humor. If anyone other than Armstrong made this joke, it would not be funny, but as it stands, I’m still laughing.
