The Texas A&M Aggies and Arkansas Razorbacks will both be playing in the SEC next season, but on Saturday the two are playing the third-annual Southwest Classic at Cowboys Stadium. The 'Classic' portion of this game may or may not have something to do with Aggies running back Christine Michael's first-half performance as he's led the Aggies to a 35-17 halftime lead.
Texas A&M Vs. Arkansas Halftime Score: Christine Michael Has Aggies Up Early
Michael, a 5-foot-11 junior out of Beaumont, Texas, has already scored three touchdowns on 12 carries as he's rumbled down the field for a total 114 yards in what's already shaping up to be a career day for him. Not to be outdone, fellow backfield mate Cyrus Gray has rushed for two touchdowns himself as the Aggies have amassed 225 yards on the ground.
For the Razorbacks, quarterback Tyler Wilson has been the team's offensive bright spot as he's thrown for 264 yards in the first half including connecting with speedster Jarius Wright for a 64-yard touchdown pass. Other than that, however, Arkansas will need quite a second half explosion to make this a game.
