Penn State Vs. Northwestern Halftime Score: Nittany Lions Lead In High Scoring Encounter
Northwestern are 2-4 on the season, but they've had to deal with quarterback Dan Persa's injury issues. He's finally healthy and having a fantastic game, going 13-16 passing for 180 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. His backup Kain Colter is absolutely everywhere and is being used in various capacities. He's 2-2 passing and he has both a receiving and rushing touchdown, amassing 90 total yards gained from scrimmage.
Matt McGloin is 14-19 passing and has not turned the ball over, seemingly ending the quarterback controversy that Penn State has had going all season. However, they’ll need to sort their defense out to avoid an upset in Evanston.
