After taking the lead 21-15, the Oregon Ducks forced the California Golden Bears to punt after just six plays. On the next drive, Oregon once again began to eat yardage on the ground as Cal struggled to slow them down. On the third hand off of the drive, running back Kenjon Barner exploded for a 68-yard touchdown, Barner just split the defense and never looked back until he hit the endzone. Cal left a wide open lane and Barner burst through it. Oregon converted the subsequent 2-point conversion to go up 29-15
