Idado Wants Fans To ‘Throw The V,’ Which Doesn’t Mean What You Think It Means

With all this chatter about conference realignment this and Longhorn Network that, the Idaho Vandals have gotten lost in all of the noise. To counteract that, they've decided to introduce a brand new athletic logo:

That V does not replace the old I logo we’ve all come to know and love, it just provides you with options. Is today an I kind of day or a V-day?

As for the news that Idaho also wants its fans to “throw the V,” it raises a lot of serious questions. Namely, what is proper V-throwing technique? Like a peace sign? With two hands? With your thumb and forefinger? They’ll have to work out the kinks along the way. Luckily, it’s Homecoming Weekend so they’ll have everybody in one place to test it out.

Of course, Villanova fans might have a bone to pick with this whole “throwing the V” thing. They’ve kinda been doing it for years.
